Bruce Anticouni established Anticouni & Ricotta in 1979. He was a Trial Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board and General Counsel for a nationally traded company with more than 50,000 employees prior to founding Anticouni & Ricotta. With 50 years of experience in all types of employment matters, he can develop a plan to protect your rights.
Anhel Farias attended law school at Glendale University College of Law. She joined the firm in 2022. She previously worked with the Los Angeles City Attorney, helping victims of crime navigate the criminal system and volunteered to assist victims of crime with immigration U-Visa applications. After moving from Los Angeles, back home, to the Central Coast her mission has been to serve locally, and make a memorable difference in her community. She is an active member of the Santa Barbara Bar Association.
Nicole Ricotta, the firm’s managing partner, has worked with the firm for more than 10 years. She oversees the firm’s complex litigation practice, which includes wage and hour class actions.
Heather Quest first worked with Anticouni & Ricotta from 2000 to 2008 where she was responsible for over $150,000,000.00 of successful wage and hour class actions. Heather rejoined our firm in 2020.
