Biography
Alexandra has been with Anticouni & Ricotta since 2016 and has developed a diverse employment law practice. As a native Spanish speaker, she is passionate about advocating for her community and providing accessible legal guidance in both English and Spanish. Alexandra represents clients in a wide range of employment law matters, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She guides matters from pre-litigation strategy through all stages of litigation, bringing a practical and thoughtful approach to resolving complex workplace issues.
In addition to representing employees, Alexandra assists employers in defending employment-related claims and navigating compliance obligations. She advises on best practices and supports employers in drafting and updating employee handbooks, workplace policies, and procedures designed to reduce risk, and promote lawful, effective workplaces.
She currently practices as a Provisionally Licensed Lawyer through the State Bar of California. Alexandra serves on the Board of Directors of Santa Barbara Women Lawyers, and is an active member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and California Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of her practice, Alexandra enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring fashion, discovering new music, and relaxing with her cat and loved ones.
