Bruce N. Anticouni

Mr. Anticouni established Anticouni & Associates in 1979. Prior to establishing his own firm, Bruce Anticouni was a Trial Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board from 1971 to 1974 where he litigated and tried cases under the Taft Hartley Act before the Federal District Courts and the United States Courts of Appeal. He was Employment Counsel and later, Vice President and General Counsel, of a New York Stock Exchange company which employed over 50,000 Employees in over 1300 retail locations throughout the United States from 1974 to 1979.

Mr. Anticouni obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from California State College at Long Beach.

Mr. Anticouni has received a LexisNexis® Martindale-Hubbell® rating of AV Preeminent®. AV Preeminent® is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers and judges rank him or her at the highest level of professional and ethical excellence. Mr. Anticouni is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and is often called upon to perform workplace investigations as an independent investigator. Mr. Anticouni also provides counsel for employers regarding employers' rights, drafting employee handbooks and related employee documents, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Anticouni serves as a Special Settlement Master in Santa Barbara Superior Court.
